GLOBAL PIPELINE AWARD (GPA)

The Pipeline Systems Division (PSD) of the International Petroleum Technology Institute (IPTI) of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) has established the GLOBAL PIPELINE AWARD (GPA) to recognize outstanding innovations and technological advances by various organizations in the field of pipeline transportation.

The PSD will present one Global Pipeline Award per year to the organization that in the opinion of the judging committee, has been responsible for the most outstanding achievement in the field of Pipeline Transportation for that year.
 
The submission period for GPA 2008 is open through September 15, 2008.  This year the award will be presented at theInternational Pipeline Conference in Calgary, September 29 – October 3, 2008.
