Registration cancellations must be received in writing to Judy Parsons at Judy.Parsons@questoffshore.com.

Registrations cancelled before October 15, 2007 will receive 50% refund of registration fee.  After October 15, 2007 no refunds will be permitted. You may go to the registration web-site to make any substitutions or contact information updates prior to the conference date.
