NO ALCOHOL is allowed before or during the shooting event, no exceptions. 

Safety glasses and earplugs are required in all shooting areas.

2 ¾” shells, shot size 7 ½, 8, 9 only.  You must provide your own ammo.

Gun actions must be kept open and unloaded except when in the shooting stations.

Scoring will be by team, using the Lewis Class scoring system.

Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 places in each Lewis Class division and a high overall award will be given for both morning and afternoon flights.

You must be present to win door prizes.

You do not need to be present to win raffle prizes.

Westside does not have rental guns available so Team Captain must ensure guns are available for use by team members.

Westside will provide opportunity for practice rounds the afternoon before the event at each team’s individual expense.

Organizing committee will try to honor requests for morning or afternoon rounds on a first come first served basis but once the schedule is filled it will not be changed for special late requests.

You must be at least 18 years of age to win a firearm.  All firearm transfers will be governed by applicable laws.

ASME reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of this program, refuse entry or cause withdrawal of any shooter or team, if conditions warrant.
