9:20 a.m. An Overview of Risk from an Outsider’s Perspective. Presentation by Michael Lutomski, Risk Manager, International Space Station Program of NASA.
9:50 a.m. An Insider’s Perspective. Presentations by Tom Ehret, CEO, Stolt Offshore and Gordon Sterling, Consultant.

11:20 a.m. Q&A
11:50 a.m. Mock Project: Review
12:30 p.m. Q&A and Explanation of Break-out Session Deliverables

2:30 p.m. Break-out Session 1 – Looking at the problem by industry group, i.e. oil companies, national oil companies, suppliers and installers.
5:30 p.m. Break-out Session Ends. Presentation Prep. Champions from each Breakout Session work with facilitators to develop summaries of answers to questionnaires.

DAY TWO - April 1, 2005

8:30 - 10:00 a.m. Review Results of Break-out Session 1
10:15 A.M. Break-out Session 2 – A continued look at the project in groups with a mix of operators, partners, primary contractors and sub contractors. This group will be given a shorter version of the previous day’s questionnaire and must come to a consensus as a group regarding the survey questions.
1:00 Lunch
2:15 p.m. General Session: Champions from each group will present the results of their breakout sessions based on consensus reached within their groups.
3:45 p.m. Final Q&A and Workshop Wrap-up
